Q: You have been in this job for so long, and you have dealt with many difficult problems. Do you have any work feelings and insights that you can share?

Huang Qing: First of all, we need to be clear about our work objectives. In fact, many times, most people feel that how to do their work is disorganized. The big problem is that they have not figured out their work goals and have no goals. How can they plan how to get there? Secondly, we should constantly learn industry knowledge, and make our own knowledge structure and knowledge system constantly improve and gradually mature through business work and the study of combining practice with theory. Finally, enhance thinking communication ability, break your own inherent thinking, be brave in innovation and keep pace with the times. Although it is not perfect, it always keeps a heart of exploration.
